My product is faulty or it's not what I ordered. What should I do?

 

Ooops. Really sorry. If your product is faulty or we have made a mistake and whether you are in the UK or anywhere else in the world, we've got you covered. We will cover the costs you might have to return the product whether is to exchange or simply return for a refund..

A FREE return label* will be sent to your email and all you have to do is print it off and stick it to the package. Then drop it off at your local post office and we'll take care of the rest.

In any case please drop us an email asap before you return something to us and we'll take care of it.

 *Please note a FREE label will not be issued if you change your mind or, in the case of bags and clothing, the size doesn't fit for purpose. However, please contact us as we might be able to find a solution that will fit your needs.

Do you have any discount available?

 

We sure do. Whenever we sell more than one item, within the same order, we save on postage and logistic costs. This means we'll pass this savings on to you. Discounts vary depending on products and time of the year. Check our front/product page for more details and for up to date promotions.

Are they original?

 

You bet they are. As soon as you receive one of our products, check the quality and let us know what you think. You can also check the tags, where all information about who’s who, can be found.

Here at Lickle Peanut we despise replicas. Not only we spend time & resources to find “real” suppliers but we also make sure to get rid of replicas by reporting these to the copyrights owners. Do I have to pay for delivery?

 

In most cases delivery is free (UK Only). We also offer express delivery via DPD at an extra cost. Please check the delivery information page for more details.

How can I pay for my order?

 

We accept all major debit/credit cards and also PayPal. During checkout you will be asked to pick your preferred payment method. 

Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

 

Not necessarily. You can also use your debit/credit card. All card payments are processed by SAGEPAY and are 100% secure. We do not store any card details.

Can I place an order over the phone?

 

We do not accept phone orders. All orders need be placed online and our website has been designed to offer you maximum security.

Can I cancel or change my order?

 

If your order is received before 1pm, it will be dispatched within the same day and cannot be changed. Orders received after 1pm can be changed provided we receive your change/ cancellation request before 6pm the same day.

The UK Distance Selling Regulations advises that you have (14) fourteen working days to cancel the contract for your order. The fourteen working days starts from the day after you receive your order. We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to contact us by email quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, you will need to return all the items in the order. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

How long does delivery take?

 

Well, it depends on the shipping method and how busy the postman is. Items with standard delivery will be sent by Royal Mail 48 and although Royal Mail aims to deliver in 48H it may take up to 5 business days (UK) and up to 12 business days for international destinations.

These are the official estimate delivery times:

  • 3 - 5 working days for the UK
  • 5 - 9 working days for Europe
  • 10 - 14 working days for Rest of the World

Where is my order? Why is it taking so long?

 

If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery period, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The carrier has experienced a delay

  • The delivery company has tried to deliver and has left you a calling card.

  • Your parcel has been left with a neighbour.

  • Your parcel has been left in a safe place.

  • Delays due to local postal volumes or adverse weather conditions.

  • Orders going outside of the EU may encounter customs delays.

If none of these apply, please check with the carrier or your local sorting office as they might be able to locate your parcel and provide you with further information.
